Gluten is a natural component of wheat, rye and barley. However, not everyone can tolerate gluten. In some people, gluten can cause autoimmune disorders like coeliac disease or intestinal disruptions. For this specific group of consumers,  Machandel makes gluten-free products on request. Prior to the production process, we clean the entire factory and carefully separate all the ingredients. After production, we check the result again in our lab to be absolutely sure that the products are gluten-free.
